yarn: Reynolds Blizzard
(one ball any color)

crochet hook : size N (10mm)
and crochet hook sizes F and I

Abbreviations:
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
sk = skip 
sp = space
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
beg = beginning

INSTRUCTIONS

CROCHET IN A ROUND (do not turn at end of rounds):

-ch 4, join with sl st to form ring, ch 1

Round 1: 1 sc in same ch as join, 2 sc in each ch around, join to beg (8 sc)

Round 2: ch 4, *1 dc in sc, ch 1* around, end with ch 1, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 4
(you should now have: the beginning ch 4 counts as a dc,since you joined to the 3rd chain, so you have 8 dc and 8 ch spaces or "holes")

Round 3: ch 3, *1 hdc in ch sp, ch 1, 1 hdc in dc, ch 1* around, end with 1 hdc in
ch sp, ch 1, join to 2nd ch from beg
(16 hdc and 16 ch spaces)

Round 4: ch 4, *1 dc, ch 1* around, join to 3rd ch from beg (16 dc and 16 ch spaces)

Round 5: ch 3, *1 hdc in dc, ch1, 1 hdc in dc, ch1, in next dc work (1 hdc, ch 1, 1 hdc), ch 1, 1 hdc in next dc, ch 1* ... end with: in next dc work (1 hdc, ch 1, 1 hdc) ch 1,
join to 2nd ch from beg (20 hdc and 20 ch spaces)

Round 6: ch 4, *1 dc in dc, ch 1* around, join to 3rd ch from beg

Round 7: ch 4, *1 dc in dc, ch 1* around, join to 3rd ch from beg

Round 8: ch 3, *1 hdc in dc, ch 1* around, join to 2nd ch from beg

Round 9: ch 1, *1 sc in front loop of ch space, 1 sc in next hdc* end with 1 sc in front
loop of ch sp, join to beg

Round 10: ch 3, *1 hdc, ch1, sk1* around, ending with ch1, join to beg
