INSTRUCTIONS
make bottom of container
-ch 11, work 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in each ch to beg
-ch 1, turn, work 1 sc in each, 1 sc in turning ch (10 sc including turning ch)
-work 21 more rows of sc
start making the sides of the container
-(FIRST CORNER) ch 1 and rotate piece to the right so that you can now work along the long edge,
work 1 sc in each end stitch (work into only one loop so that the sides "stand up") (22 sc)
-ch 1, rotate piece and work 1 sc in each stitch along short edge (10 sc)
-ch 1, rotate piece and work 1 sc in each end stitch (22 sc)
-ch 1, rotate piece and work 1 sc in each stitch along short edge (10 sc)
-work a few more rounds of sc around, as high as you want your container to be tall,
make sure to
turn at the FIRST CORNER after finishing a round, this will keep your crochet vertical,
also make sure to ch 1 at every corner.
-you still have plenty of Fique yarn leftover to crochet something else!
